Unfortunately it happens...A Dealer goes out of business or a relationship sours.  That leaves the Crestron user adrift without anyone to support their installation.  We understand these can be trying times and we can help, but only under the right circumstances.

 

In general for us to help you resurrect the project we will need another Crestron Dealer to take ownership of the project.  We are only the software component of the puzzle.  In order to serve your best interests we will also need to have a Dealer who stands ready to serve you and support the hardware in the system.  We can work with the Crestron RSM (regional sales manager) for the area and help determine who would best serve your project.  Once a new Crestron Dealer is in place we can assist with performing a review of the project to answer your needs and resolve whatever open issues you might have.
